Notice of Impact and Service Fee Increase

December 16, 2025

The Board of Trustees held a public hearing on Tuesday December 2, 2025 regarding the increase of impact, service and other fees.The board voted "Yes" to approve the increased fees. The new increased fees will be effective March 2, 2026.

IMPACT FEES

 

  1. Weber Basin Water Rights Impact Fee-- $10,082.00 per connection
  2. Capital Facilities Impact Fee-- $  4,664.00  per connection
  3. Connection Fee
    1. Without Existing Lateral Service-- $  4,300.00 per connection
    2. With Existing Lateral Service-- $    600.00 per connection
