Notice of Impact and Service Fee Increase

The Board of Trustees held a public hearing on Tuesday December 2, 2025 regarding the increase of impact, service and other fees.The board voted "Yes" to approve the increased fees. The new increased fees will be effective March 2, 2026.

IMPACT FEES

1. Weber Basin Water Rights Impact Fee-- $10,082.00 per connection
2. Capital Facilities Impact Fee-- $  4,664.00  per connection
3. Connection Fee
   300. Without Existing Lateral Service-- $  4,300.00 per connection
   301. With Existing Lateral Service-- $    600.00 per connection

Single Service not in a subdivision--                                TOTAL:   $19,046.00

Over 2 services subdivision--                                            TOTAL:   $15,346.00

METER UPGRADE FEES

1. ¾ inch-- Standard meter included with impact fees above
2. Additional fee to upgrade meters will be based on the increased cost of meter material and labor at the current market prices at time of installation.

MISCELLANEOUS FEES

1. Water use during construction--up to 10,000 gallons $100.00
2. Plan review fees for developments charged based on the District's Engineer’s fee
3. Shut-off fee
   50. During business hours $ 50.00
   51. After hours $ 75.00
4. Fees charged for damaged meters, boxes, rings, lids, etc., based on the current cost of materials.
